How to prepare for a better waxing experience​

  • Take a shower to clean the wax area thoroughly two to four hours before your appointment. 

  • Check the wax area for broken skin or inflammation. It needs to heal before you're ready to wax. 

  • Let your hair grow long enough for the wax to grip. Note: waxing may be more painful if the hair is too long .

  • For clients interested in underarm waxing, please do not deodorize before coming to the appointment.

  • Notify the esthetician if you have moles or beauty marks, so they can be protected during the waxing process.

  • Avoid drinking coffee four hours prior to the appointment .

  • For those who normally shave, please wait at least two weeks before coming for a waxing appointment to allow for sufficient growth.
